Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney (Mid-Level) in Washington, DC, offering a hybrid work model. The role focuses on complex, high-exposure trial matters within a prominent AmLaw 200 firm’s Business Litigation Practice.

Requires a JD from a top-tier law school and 4+ years of substantive commercial litigation experience. Active bar admission in DC, Maryland, and Virginia is required, with trial advocacy and deposition experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Top-tier law school JD with excellent academic record.
• Active DC/MD/VA bar in good standing.
• 4+ years of substantive commercial, business litigation experience.
• Experience with federal court litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with high-stakes business litigation across industries.
• Conduct discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
• Draft and argue motions and briefs in state and federal courts.
• Participate in trial preparation, hearings, and courtroom proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams to develop case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and internal teams.
