OHEL Children's Home and Family Services seeks an experienced DBT Therapist for outpatient MHOTRS services in Brooklyn. The role requires intensive DBT training and 3+ years serving high-acuity youth and young adults, with a hybrid delivery model and some evenings and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Valid license or limited permit in mental health practice.
• Intensive DBT training with 3+ years treating high-acuity cases.
• Experience in fast-paced outpatient settings with trauma-informed care.
• CAMs training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group DBT with fidelity to the model.
• Deliver trauma-informed care to complex presentations.
• Complete assessments and high-quality clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in supervision, training and program improvement.
