Qualifications

• Enrolled FAU student eligible for Federal Work-Study for 2026-2027.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and database concept comprehension.
• Ability to document processes and write technical SOPs for data workflows.
• Experience presenting to non-technical users and peers.

Responsibilities

• Audit and manage database structures tracking IPs and agreements to ensure data integrity from contact to project completion.
• Design improved data management workflows and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Develop structured training materials and decks for data-entry procedures.
• Create and present training to interns, researchers, and staff for updated data systems.
• Prepare monthly status reports on IP pipelines, outreach metrics, and licensing leads.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using Salesforce data for university leadership.
