Job summary

Affinity FCU is seeking an experienced Data Supply Chain and Data Products Manager to align data operations with enterprise-grade products across the data lifecycle. You will ensure available, accurate, and actionable data while supporting risk, compliance and audit requirements.

Hybrid role based in Basking Ridge, NJ with 2-3 days per month at corporate headquarters. Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in data leadership roles are expected; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years in data supply chain management, data product development, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, product management, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data supply chain strategy and roadmaps.
• Define data flows aligned to business processes and domains.
• Drive data model standardization, interoperability, and scalability.
• Manage enterprise data products and semantic layers.
• Partner with architecture to align data products with capabilities and processes.
• Support data governance and enforcement of standards across domains.
