Job summary

Affinity FCU is seeking an experienced Data Supply Chain and Data Products Manager to bridge data operations with product development, ensuring enterprise data products are accurate, available, and actionable across the full data lifecycle.

The role supports Risk, Compliance and Audit teams to address regulatory data requests, and offers a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days per month at our corporate headquarters in Basking Ridge, NJ. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years in a similar or related function (data supply chain management, data product development, data engineering, analytics) is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data supply chain strategy and data flows aligned to business processes.
• Define and manage a portfolio of enterprise data products (core datasets, domain data assets, semantic layers).
• Drive data governance and standards across domains; support governance frameworks and enforcement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Business Management or equivalent
