• Experience with databases or project management software.
• Ability to navigate complex administrative processes.

• Time management and work planning, ability to prioritize and plan ahead.
• Ability to develop and manage detailed schedules with little oversight.
• Experience reviewing documentation for compliance.
• Ability to quickly learn multiple processes and software.

Responsibilities

• Implement cost-share data management protocols to ensure data is organized and programs run efficiently.
• Organize and record information from cost-share participants, members and contacts into CRM and project management software.
• Prepare materials for measuring, reporting and verifying program data for funders and partners, including maps reporting.
• Design and implement data management and collection tools for cost-share and farm viability programs.
• Analyze program data and report results to funders and partners.
• Other duties as assigned to support department or team projects.
