Job summary

enGen is seeking a data analytics professional to support business products and services throughout their life cycle. You will collaborate with customers to translate data needs into deliverables, create datasets, operational reports, and dashboards, and analyze data trends to drive process improvements.

The role requires 3 years in Information Systems or Technology, a Bachelor's degree, and Lean/Six Sigma experience is preferred. Remote/hybrid work with 0–25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology.
• Lean/Six Sigma: 1 year preferred.
• 1 year of Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree as listed or equivalent experience requested.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Capability Managers, and team members to capture capability needs and deliver data and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges and deliver data-driven insights.
• Support data and report delivery tests including test plans, scenarios, and defect management.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, conduct requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews, and document outcomes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
