Job summary

enGen is seeking a data analytics professional to support analytical aspects of business products and services life cycles within data components. You will translate business data needs into detailed requirements, create data sets, and deliver operational reports and dashboards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams, ensuring quality data delivery and compliance while building organizational knowledge across data stores. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as determined by the company.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to capture data needs and deliver data sets, operational reports and dashboards.
• Translate business data needs into detailed requirements for new capabilities and changes.
• Develop and execute test cases; perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance and obtain all necessary approvals across the data delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and results clearly to stakeholders and vendors.
