Formación

• Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Data Science, CS, Math or related field.
• 3+ years as a Data Scientist with predictive modeling focus.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and ML.
• SQL experience for querying and data manipulation.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, time series, ML algorithms.
• Familiarity with visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI).
• Big data tech experience is a plus (Spark, Hadoop).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.
• Ability to work in a hybrid team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources.
• Develop and implement predictive models using statistical and ML techniques.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Evaluate and validate model performance, iterating to improve accuracy and reliability.
• Communicate analytical findings and insights to technical and non-technical audiences through reports and visualizations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate predictive models into production systems.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to measure impact.
• Stay updated with latest advancements in data science, ML, and AI.
• Contribute to development of data strategies and best practices.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and model outputs.
