Job summary

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of professional experience in creation, reporting, and data management (not data entry).
• Microsoft Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced reporting and analysis to support departmental research and operations management.
• Designs and prepares reports by querying databases or consolidating data from multiple sources.
• Produces final reports with commentary and observations drawn from analysis.
• Leads or participates in research projects by collecting, reviewing, and summarizing results.
• Maintains training databases and dashboards and responds to ad hoc data requests.
