Job summary

The American College of Surgeons in Chicago (hybrid) seeks a Data Product Manager to lead product roadmaps, align vision across teams, and drive vendor partnerships. This exempt role reports to the Associate Vice President, Data Strategy, and is based in our Chicago office with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office/2 remote).

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management, healthcare experience, and strong collaboration skills to translate clinical data needs into structured data products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; experience in product management preferred.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred; knowledge of clinical data helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage product planning and roadmaps for defined data products.
• Lead vendor management and align product vision across teams.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure adoption and integration across lines of business.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and iterate to maximize ROI.
