Red Sun Technology is seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to shape strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for enterprise data products supporting a major modernization initiative. You will collaborate with data engineering, data science, analytics, and architecture teams to transform legacy environments into scalable, governed data products including data lakes and curated datasets.

This hybrid role is based in St. Paul, Minnesota, with onsite requirements at the client site.

Qualifications

• We are seeking an experienced Data Product Manager with 4–7+ years in data product management or closely related fields.
• Experience leading data products through full lifecycle from discovery to deprecation.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, governance, and collaboration across data engineering and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain vision, strategy and roadmap for enterprise data products.
• Lead migrations from legacy systems to data lakes and modern architectures.
• Partner with data engineers, scientists, and analysts to build scalable data pipelines.
• Translate business requirements into data product capabilities and governance artifacts.
• Establish KPIs, adoption metrics, and dashboards with analytics teams.
