Job summary

Tech Mirrors is seeking a Data Product Manager in Saint Paul, MN (Remote/Hybrid) to transform data into scalable, high-value products. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and execution across data engineering, science, and business policy teams to mature data practices and enable trusted data assets across the enterprise.

The role leads end-to-end data product lifecycle, partnering with analytics, governance, and architecture teams, and requires translating complex data concepts for business

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in data management, data analytics, data engineering, or related fields.
• Strong ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience building scalable data platforms, pipelines, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for data products and analytics tools.
• Lead end-to-end data product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and iteration.
• Partner with data engineers/scientists to ensure data quality, governance, and lineage.
• Communicate product value and roadmap to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Define success metrics and measure product performance and adoption.
