Day Pitney LLP seeks an associate with 3-6 years of data privacy and cybersecurity experience to join its team. The position may be based in any of the Firm's offices and offers a hybrid work environment with two remote days per week.

The ideal candidate will advise clients on privacy compliance, incident response, data governance, and related regulatory matters, with strong drafting, research, and analytical skills. Bar admission in the resident jurisdiction is required.

Formación

• 3-6 years of data privacy and cybersecurity experience.
• Excellent drafting, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and technical skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex matters with accuracy and organization.
• Admission to the bar in the resident jurisdiction in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on privacy compliance, cybersecurity matters, and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate privacy policies and data processing agreements.
• Coordinate incident response and breach management, including regulator engagement.
• Support time-sensitive cybersecurity matters, including after-hours needs.
