Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Data Modeler/Developer for a global bank in East Rutherford, NJ on a 6‑month contract with a strong extension possibility. The role requires hybrid work with three days onsite.

You will design and develop scalable data solutions, create logical and physical data models, and build Python- and Spark-based processing pipelines to support AI/ML and analytics initiatives, while ensuring data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Must design and implement data models for scalable data solutions.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Strong Python experience for data processing workflows.
• Experience with Spark for large-scale data processing.
• Familiarity with Data Warehouse/Data Lake architectures and governance.
