The role is hybrid and on-site at our Oak Creek, WI headquarters, reporting to the Manager of Business Intelligence & Data Science. Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three years as Data Modeler/Data Architect or similar.
• Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Strong SQL proficiency for DDL/DML.
• Experience with ERP data modeling tools (e.g., SAP PowerDesigner, ERwin, ER/Studio).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and ETL developers.
• Contribute to data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and standards.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
