Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Must be available to work hybrid at our Overland Park, KS office location throughout the entire Co-Op.
• Must be available to work 20 hours/week during the academic semester.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of data migration concepts and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Data Modeling & Design: Define and structure data models to support business requirements.
• Design and implement data models using SQL within Snowflake and BigQuery for analysis and reporting.
• Data Collection & Transformation: Plan and execute data collection and transformation with SQL and Google Apps Script.
• Data Documentation: Document data processes, models, and transformation workflows for clarity and reproducibility.
• Front-End Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards/reports using CP tools (DOMO, Looker Studio).
• Automation: Develop scripts/tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Pet Studio: Support media management and analytics shown on TV in HQ.
• Presentation/Workshops: Help standardize and schedule sessions on Advanced Analytics and AI.
