Job summary

CubeSmart, a leading self-storage REIT, is seeking a Business Insights Analyst in a hybrid role based out of Malvern, PA (3 days in office). You will leverage data to uncover actionable insights, support stakeholders across Revenue Management, Marketing, Operations, Investments and more, and drive strategic initiatives with advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, data science techniques, and advanced analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, Databricks).
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikSense) for reporting and visualization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.

• Data Analysis and Insight Generation using diverse data sources to identify trends and insights that support business objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication with internal teams to deliver tailored insights and recommendations.

• Advanced Analytics and Modeling including predictive modeling and controlled experiments to forecast outcomes.
• Reporting and Visualization by prototyping dashboards and ensuring data integrity in reports.
