Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of professional accounting experience.
• Gained knowledge of accounting functions within real estate/retail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, adjust and record all income daily from property-level reports.
• Confirm daily deposits and monitor receipt activity for theft/fraud.
• Reconcile property-level bank accounts and code AP for properties.
• Review month-end expenses for accurate coding and budget vs. actual.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
