Job summary

Da Vinci Software is seeking an experienced Data Governance Operations professional in the United States to provide tactical coordination for DG pilots, intake processes, and standards rollouts. The role interfaces with IT, business teams, and NDIT to align statewide governance efforts.

Responsibilities include coordinating pilots, supporting intake workflows, tracking compliance, and maintaining documentation and meeting notes while collaborating with data stewards and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with program coordination, governance operations, data management, or business operations.
• Strong documentation, tracking, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate across business and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pilot implementation across programs
• Support governance intake workflows and follow-up actions

• Maintain documentation, reporting, meeting notes, and action items tracking.
