Knowledge Services is seeking a remote Data Governance Program Manager/Operations Support for a 12-month project (potential for extension) in support of the State of North Dakota. Local hybrid candidates are preferred, but remote applicants will be considered.

The role emphasizes governance operations, intake prioritization, and coordinating across business and IT stakeholders to drive DG pilots and standards rollouts with alignment to NDIT.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience with program coordination, governance operations, data management, or business operations.
• Strong documentation, tracking, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate across business and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pilot implementation across programs
• Support governance intake workflows and follow-up actions
• Track checklist compliance, onboarding progress and standards adoption.
• Support modernization projects with embedded Data Governance guidance
• Maintain documentation, reporting, meeting notes, and action items tracking.
• Coordinate with data stewards, business teams, IT and project stakeholders.
