Responsibilities

• Review participant documentation and enter account details into designated databases.
• Assist with enrollments, renewals, terminations, and address updates.
• Process manual client renewals, account closures, and account transfers during peak enrollment periods.
• Perform documented quality checks to confirm data accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and maintain electronic documents within established network folder structures.
