Job summary

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support the Partner Information team in Virginia Beach. You will handle data entry, donations, merchandise orders, and partner inquiries with a focus on accuracy and service.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a hybrid option after training: three days in the office and two remote. The salary is $16–$17 per hour, with final compensation based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills with MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping/accounting principles to reconcile partner accounts.
• Excellent phone etiquette, and oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a highly structured, production-oriented environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
• Ability to deal with frequent change.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to enter data into a computer for a minimum of six hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into the database and apply corrections as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to partners over the phone.
• Enter new information and update partner records in the system.
• Process donations and order merchandise as requested.
• Perform research on accounts as needed.
