Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management’s IT Internship Program offers hands-on experience in data engineering, with mentorship and networking opportunities as part of a collaborative team in a hybrid work setup in St. Louis.

The 10-week Summer 2027 internship runs May 24–July 30, 2027, requiring a 40-hour work week. Interns work onsite 1–2 days weekly, with some days remote, and gain exposure to IT strategy and projects across our enterprise.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student in CS or IT with a 3.0+ GPA and graduation in 2027 or 2028.
• Must reside in the St. Louis area for the duration and be able to come onsite weekly.
• Must have prior data engineering knowledge or experience.
• Must have SQL or database skills and familiarity with relational/analytical databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of Matillion pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
• Assist with development of Python file management flows
• Assist with development of Snowflake database objects
• Document the business need and review with the IT team
• Adhere to security and privacy policies
• Participate in testing and code reviews to ensure client/user needs are met
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
