• Compile and monitor operational metrics; operate monitoring and upscale incidents for reliability.
• Assist with upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning including basic cloud configuration.
• Maintain documentation, inventories, and change records for platform users.
• Support infrastructure as code updates using Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation under guidance.
• Suggest incremental improvements to reduce toil and improve consumer experience.
