DLA Piper is seeking a Data Engineer, Solutions & Data to design, build, and operate data pipelines that translate raw data into trusted datasets for analytics and reporting. The role emphasizes governance, data quality, and secure access across initiatives.

In current initiatives, data engineering includes consolidating data from multiple sources into a central SQL-based integration point and performing field mapping and transformations. The position can sit in any U.S.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in data engineering and/or data platform engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Azure data technologies and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize data pipelines across heterogeneous environments with SLAs.
• Ingest, transform, and publish data to analytics-ready datasets.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into a central SQL Server integration point.
• Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Event Hubs, SSIS.
• Build data warehousing using Azure Synapse Analytics to support analytics workloads.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and monitor pipeline reliability.
