Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Data Engineer, Solutions & Data to design, build, and operate data pipelines that translate raw data into trusted datasets for analytics and reporting. The role emphasizes governance, data quality, and secure access to integrated data across initiatives.

You will work with Azure data technologies (Data Factory, Databricks, Event Hubs, SSIS) to ingest, process, and deliver analytics-ready data and contribute to a centralized SQL-based integration layer.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in data engineering and/or data platform engineering (pipelines, integration, and operational support).
• Experience building and operating data pipelines with Azure data services to deliver analytics-ready data.
• Strong fundamentals in data modeling, warehousing, and governance; ability to design data warehousing solutions.
• Collaborates across engineers, analysts, and stakeholders in Agile pods to deliver data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Engineering & Integration: Build and operationalize data pipelines; manage field mappings and transformations.
• Data Platform & Storage: Design pipelines with Azure data tools and maintain analytics-ready data; deliver centralized ingestion.
• Data Quality, Reliability & Operations: Identify and resolve data quality, latency, security issues; monitor pipelines.
• Collaboration & Delivery (Agile Pod Model): Work cross-functionally to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
