Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) seeks a Senior Program Manager II to lead complex, cross‑department initiatives involving regulatory changes, policy development, and technology deployments. You will coordinate budgets, resources, and vendor engagements while ensuring on‑time, cost‑effective results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Strategic thinker with experience in program and project management (PM).
• Expert experience with machine learning, statistics, and informational retrieval.
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution required; in lieu of a Master’s degree, a relevant certification (i.e., PMP, PgMP, CBAP or PMI‑PBA is required).

Responsibilities

• Provide research, analytical support, and project management in the areas of issue resolution, implementation of regulatory changes, strategic projects, development of policies, and configuration and processes that are in the best interest of supported business operations and departments reporting to the VP.
• Manage medium-to-large complexity / medium-to-high priority projects and issues inclusive of business, regulatory, or technology deployments (including budgets and resources).
• Coordinate, prepare, and monitor assigned projects, documentation, and report outs.
• Act as a liaison between several functional departments for related activities to ensure projects and issues are tracked, updated, and reported out frequently as scheduled.
• Assist external vendors in planning and implementing initiatives, contract development, board write ups, and vendor engagement terms.
• Assist in audits, policy reviews, and LEAN integration discussions.
• Capture process efficiencies developed through projects and incorporate LEAN methodologies into project practices.
