Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Planner to support global fulfillment operations, coordinating planning, order management and supply-demand alignment. You will use data to identify risks, drive corrective actions and continuously improve planning processes across functions and regions.

You will work with Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Fulfillment teams, monitor performance, and take end-to-end ownership of issues to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Hybrid work model applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply-chain planning or related operational roles.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with ERP/planning systems.
• Good stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and fulfillment activities across products, customers or regions.
• Monitor supply, demand, inventory and order execution.
• Identify potential shortages, constraints and delivery risks.
• Coordinate actions with Logistics and other Supply Chain teams.
• Track open orders and proactively manage exceptions.
• Drive root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
