Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in audit, risk management, or related field.
• Experience using SQL and/or another relevant programming, querying, or data analytics language to extract, manipulate, analyze, and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs and leads segments of assurance and advisory engagements, including risk assessment, process and control evaluation, testing, documentation, and development of conclusions supported by evidence.
• Uses SQL and/or other relevant analytical tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze data and identify trends, anomalies, exceptions, and potential control issues.
• Clearly communicates audit and analytical approaches, results, observations, and recommendations to audit team members and business stakeholders.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business operations, systems, data, and emerging risks; monitors remediation efforts and validates the resolution of audit issues.
