Job summary

The Family Security Plan in Orange, CT is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team. You will analyze business needs, troubleshoot CRM and data issues, and deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency and data integrity.

You’ll monitor CRM imports/exports, support deployments, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams on enterprise projects. A strong data mindset and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SQL/database experience.
