Job summary

Windsor Advantage LLC seeks a Data Architect to lead SQL Server-based development, automate company-wide data functions, and support data access and reporting for Windsor and its stakeholders.

The role requires strong SQL, data architecture, and BI capabilities, with a focus on payment processing and financial services. Hybrid work arrangement in Indianapolis with some remote days is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math/Statistics, Business, Computer Science or equivalent related work experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analytics, data management, data architecture, BI or comparable role
• At least 3+ years of experience in web application development and/or MS SQL database development
• Strong experience in n-tier application architecture design on the Microsoft platform
• Ability to write complex operations, scripts, and triggers to support database access
• Experience with data privacy and confidentiality
• Ability to utilize AI resources and validate outputs prior to production
• Snowflake Data Integration Experience
• Read/write Python/Pandas
• REST API knowledge
• Knowledge of Banking or Government Guaranteed Lending
• C# or similar experience

Responsibilities

• Research and prepare reports; analyze and explain variances
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
• Gather requirements from end-users for data management needs
• Write complex SQL operations and scripts to support database access
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality compliance
• Develop automated visualizations communicating complex analytics
• Lead cross-departmental meetings and align stakeholders
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Open tickets with vendors and assist with training AI for production reliability
• Perform other duties as required
