The role requires a 4-year degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of experience in analytics, with strong SQL and Python or R skills and experience with tools like Power BI and Adobe/Google Analytics.

• Advanced SQL experience writing complex queries and proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with analytics tools such as SQL, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Power BI, Adobe Analytics (or Google Analytics).

• Knowledge of A/B Testing methods and time series forecasting models, including statistical analysis.
• Experience using advanced analytics and AI-driven approaches (for example: predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI-enabled tools) to improve decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with data curiosity, data mining, and the ability to create and consolidate data.
• Excellent communication skills to work with both business and technical teams and translate ideas between them.
• Ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across reports and analysis.
