Job summary

Insight Global seeks a data analytics manager to drive data product delivery for a global biopharmaceutical company. The role is onsite 3 days a week in Chadds Ford, PA and/or Wilmington, DE, reporting to the IT Director of Data Products and Analytics.

You will lead a primarily offshore team of 10-20 contractors, overseeing data pipelines, lakehouses, and reporting built in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, while aligning with Clinical Development Ops and PMO needs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and governing enterprise-scale lakehouse architectures.
• Strong track record leading complex, cross-team data projects.
• Experience managing offshore teams and vendor relationships.
• 10+ years in data analytics/engineering roles with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for data product delivery in a GxP-regulated environment using Microsoft Fabric/Power BI.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and manage changes.
• Design technical solutions aligned with IT standards and processes.
• Lead data/BI engineers, assign work, and provide guidance.
• Define data strategy with governance and KPIs in collaboration with clinical stakeholders.
