Qualifications

• Healthcare revenue cycle/patient accounts experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and analysis of revenue cycle metrics and performance indicators.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and drivers to support operational and financial improvement.
• Prepare standardized datasets via data cleansing, transformation, and modeling.
• Communicate data insights clearly through written, verbal and visual presentations.
• Integrate diverse data sources to enable decision-making and drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics solutions for access and monitoring.
• Document data sources, rules, methodologies, and reporting assets.
