Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL including complex queries and data validation.
• 2+ years in data analysis, BI, or related analytics work.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards (Tableau/BI).
• Strong Excel data manipulation and reporting skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders.
• Ability to validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot data quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for reporting and analytics solutions.
• Maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards, data pipelines, and workflows.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and production support.
• Assist with permissions, service accounts, and user access requests.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and respond to stakeholders.
• Support migration and modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Create documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
• Help reduce technical debt and improve analytics platform reliability.
