Job summary

Amyx, Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst to support the DoD's DLA program at Fort Belvoir, VA.

This on-site role combines data collection, analysis, and automation using Microsoft 365 tools and AI capabilities to deliver actionable information for leadership and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, DoD health clearance eligibility (NACLC preferred), and DoD 8570 IAM Level I certification, with strong communication and documentation skills

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant experience.
• DoD 8570/8140 Baseline Certification, IAM Level I.
• NACLC eligibility or security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources.
• Assist with preparing manuals, training materials, reports, and other deliverables.
• Edit and maintain system specifications, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain technical and operational documentation and procedures.
• Maintain internal documentation libraries and repositories.
• Provide financial and administrative support as required.
• Coordinate special documentation and reporting services.
• Develop and support AI-driven data automation solutions.
• Configure and manage AI agents to automate data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Integrate Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Outlook, Power BI, O365) with AI resources.
• Support automated recurring and ad hoc information products and leadership briefings.
• Analyze business processes and identify efficiency improvements.
