Job summary

Winnebago Industries, Inc. is seeking a Data & AI Engineer to join our Eden Prairie, MN team onsite with a hybrid work model. The role designs, builds, and sustains data pipelines, AI solutions, and analytics capabilities to enable data-driven decision making across the enterprise.

You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to implement data governance, master data management, and scalable AI/ML workflows, ensuring secure, reliable data delivery that supports strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Spark PySpark/SQL and Delta Lake engineering experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data and analytics capabilities using Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Python or comparable technologies.
• This position may require travel to other Winnebago locations.
• Position is not eligible for relocation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and AI solutions using Azure and Databricks.
• Develop and operationalize LLM/ML/AI capabilities into pipelines and workflows.
• Implement and maintain enterprise ontology, master data management, data standards, and data quality practices.
• Leverage Dev/Sec/Ops best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and automation.
• Partner with development and data teams to promote best practices and innovation.
• Support and operate existing / legacy data platforms and integrations.
• Collaborate with business and analytics teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Other duties as assigned based on business need.
