Home Market Foods in Norwood, MA is seeking an embedded techno-functional analyst for the plant side of the business, owning D365 Supply Chain modules and driving system stability and fit to business processes.

The role sits with Operations and Supply Chain, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and performing hands-on configuration and reporting. The position requires bilingual English/Spanish, cross-site travel, and a strong background in ERP implementations in manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
5+ years hands-on experience supporting or implementing D365 SCM or AX versions in manufacturing.
Functional depth in at least two areas of Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Master Planning/MRP, Warehouse Management, and Logistics.

Responsibilities

Own D365 Supply Chain modules: ensure system stability and fit to business processes.
Lead optimization and post-go-live stabilization across Inventory, Procurement, Master Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics.
Design ERP solutions by turning business requirements into D365 configurations and processes; hands-on build with D365, Power Platform, Power BI, SSRS.
