Home Market Foods in Norwood, MA is seeking a Technical Solutions Analyst - Operations to own the D365 Supply Chain modules and optimize plant operations. The role combines functional leadership with hands-on configuration and reporting, on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities include configuring workflows, data governance, integrations, and enabling users in English and Spanish; travel between Norwood, Norton, and CT site is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience supporting or implementing D365 SCM or AX versions in manufacturing.
• Functional depth in at least two areas: Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Master Planning/MRP, Warehouse Management, Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Act as functional owner of D365 Supply Chain modules: stability, usability, fit to business process.
• Lead optimization and post-go-live stabilization across Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Master Planning, Warehouse Management, and Logistics.
• Turn business requirements into D365 designs, configurations, and process flows; hands-on build: D365 configuration, Power Platform, Power BI, SSRS.
• Configure workflows, security roles, and business rules; manage data migrations and interfaces.
• Provide end-user training, governance documentation, and ERP change management.
