Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking a technically strong Cybersecurity Manager to lead security engagements across IAM, cloud security, and threat modeling. The role is hands-on and requires deep expertise in cloud security architecture, risk frameworks, and security engineering for complex client environments.

The position is hybrid (60% on-site/client, 40% remote) with local travel, and you will work within the Cybersecurity & Privacy practice to design, implement, and assess security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Big 4 or related consulting/professional services experience with hands-on Cybersecurity engineering and advisory expertise.

Responsibilities

• Assess and mature IAM programs across on-prem and cloud identities.
• Design cloud security architectures for AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lead security transformation programs with zero-trust, identity-centric approach.
• Perform threat modeling and advisory pentesting, mapping MITRE ATT&CK techniques.
