Job summary

Vanguard's College to Corporate Internship Program is a hands-on, paid summer internship at a world‑leading investment firm. You'll receive extensive training, real‑world experience and mentorship from professionals as you help broaden your technical security expertise and contribute to protecting investors.

The program starts May/June 2027. It is full‑time with a hybrid working model that blends in‑person learning, collaboration and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in CS/engineering or security fields.
• Strong interest in security/threat analysis and reporting.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork.
• Analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive security strategies to protect Vanguard investors.
• Support achieving client outcomes and protecting investor interests.
• Gain hands-on experience in security strategy, risk mitigation and digital ethics with Agile/LEAN.
• Share insights and drive outcomes individually and in teams.
• Build a network with program managers, alumni, senior leaders and peers.
• Meet regularly with department and internship program managers for coaching.
