Citi is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to design, implement and maintain robust security solutions for a large enterprise environment. The role focuses on enterprise firewall platforms, network security, and automation across Linux, DNS, and cloud security.

You will work with SOC teams, build monitoring dashboards, and produce documentation to support audits and global engineering initiatives. This hybrid role in Hungary offers career growth and diverse security challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity or network security engineering.
• Hands-on with automation tools Ansible, Bash and Python scripting.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise networks and security design.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain secure firewall solutions at scale.
• Collaborate with SOC teams to improve detection and reduce false positives.
• Build and tune monitoring dashboards using Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix.
• Produce clear operational and security documentation for audits.
