Job summary

The Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities seeks a Manager, Customer Experience (CX) Project Management to lead a team of project managers delivering priority CX initiatives on time and within budget.

You will establish standards, oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and drive customer-focused project delivery across Metro Transit, with a hybrid remote/in-office work arrangement. Minnesota residency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to develop budgets and monitor expenses.
• Knowledge of project management standards and governance.
• Experience with hybrid/remote work arrangements.
• Education in management, planning, public policy, project management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate a team of Project Managers.
• Develop and maintain PM standards, templates, and tools.
• Oversee PM software implementation and vendor relationships.
• Promote CX practices and integrate customer-centered processes.
• Deliver dashboards and reports on project status and outcomes.
