Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• 6+ years of experience supporting transformation and improvement programs.
• Experience defining governance frameworks, KPI measurement, benchmarking, stakeholder management, and fiscal management.

Responsibilities

• Define business/operations strategy for a focused program, by engaging and influencing senior leaders.
• Support cross-functional transformation projects by identifying opportunities, building solutions, implementing solutions across different teams.
• Apply frameworks and best practices to evaluate the transformation program’s readiness to launch, developing action plans, leading program mobilization, and providing advisory and program management services.
• Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy/operations improvements.
• Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, reduce waste and incorporate accountability to sustain the change.
• Define and execute change management initiatives in support of strategy and process changes, including stakeholder assessments and communications.
• Foster organization wide collaboration in solving problems.
• Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
