Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Streetsboro, OH is seeking a Customer Success Representative to deliver premier customer care. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly, supporting customers from order receipt through delivery, invoicing, and warranty.

You will collaborate with sales and operations, provide product information and pricing updates, and assist with training and process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1-2 years of proven direct customer and consumer support experience.
• Understanding of the building products industry and sales channels preferred.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and service assistance from order receipt to delivery, invoicing and warranty.
• Manage customer accounts and inform sales/operations teams of pertinent activities.
• Provide accurate pricing, market updates, and product information to customers.
• Assist with training CSRs and onboarding, plus process improvements.
