Job summary

Perrigo seeks a Commercial Strategy Manager to lead North America category growth, translating brand plans into omnichannel execution and shopper-centric tactics. You’ll work with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Growth Management to tailor strategies for major accounts and formats.

You will develop commercial tools, create concept sells, and advance joint value creation with retail partners while aligning to Perrigo’s self-care priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, CP G, retail, or Oral Care preferred.
• Ability to translate brand plans into commercial action.
• Strong analytical capability to turn data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategy aligned to Perrigo’s self-care growth priorities.
• Translate brand and innovation plans into shopper-centric go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Account teams.
• Prepare concept sells & trade materials for relevant initiatives.
• Track sales fundamentals and analyze ROI to guide decisions.
