Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
0–1 year experience in customer quality management; electronics preferred in NA.
Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (Six Sigma, 8D, RCA).
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
Excellent communication; customer negotiation skills.
5S awareness and practice.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary interface for NA customer quality issues and escalations.
Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain for root cause analysis.
Analyze customer quality data, trends, and KPIs to drive improvements.
Conduct customer visits and quality reviews; report outcomes to management.
