Job summary

Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA) seeks a Manager, Customer Relations and Operations to lead the AR&E division's operations and customer service in a hybrid role based in Madison, WI.

The role oversees staff, facilities, and front-facing services, ensuring a welcoming, efficient environment for alumni, donors, volunteers, and campus partners while coordinating with IT, security, and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher or related work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive operational experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for constituent-facing and staff-facing services.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience for visitors, alumni, donors, volunteers, and internal staff.
• Serve as primary liaison with Facilities, Building Services, IT, Security and other partners.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures for building access and guest services.
• Manage divisional equipment, parking, space use and shared assets; lead improvement efforts.
