Job summary

Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association seeks a Manager, Customer Relations and Operations to lead the AR&E division’s customer experience, operations, and staff supervision. You will manage front desk services, facilities coordination, and budget-conscious operations to ensure a welcoming environment for alumni, donors, volunteers, and partners.

The role supports divisional calendars, events, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher is required or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive operational experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for constituent-facing and staff-facing services.
• Supervise Customer Relations and Operations Specialists and Visitor Engagement staff.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures for building access, guest services, and facilities.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
